My method of self-care is a soak for an hour with plenty of water before, followed by a leg and arm rubdown with CBD Clinic's level 1 massage oil.

Self-care is what keeps us from too many unnecessary trips to urgent care sometimes. This personal regimen keeps me in a good mood which in return helps you enjoy your treatment😉
