Service Description

For first time patients, give yourself time to fill out my intake form, I will ask a series of questions regarding the conditions you would like me to address. Once I can provide a diagnosis we usually perform the acupuncture. Payment and insurance can be evaluated once you fill out intake forms.

Cancellation Policy

If your appt is not canceled within 24 hours. There will be a $35 late fee added to your balance.
